SHIPPING INFORMATIONS

 

  • All orders are tracked .
  • Items are dispatched within 24 hours on working days.
  • We use Royal Mail (First & Second Class ) . While couriers provide estimated delivery times, delays may occur, and we cannot be held responsible for these.
  • A tracking link will be sent to the registered email on the day of dispatch.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for errors in the provided address.

Delivery Rates:
Rates are determined at your choice on payment.

What if an item is delayed or not delivered?
A small percentage of deliveries may experience delays. If your parcel does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please notify us. Royal Mail Next Day Guaranteed is the only service that ensures no delays.

Delivery Timeframes:

  • Standard Delivery: Typically 2-4 business days after dispatch.
  • Royal Mail Next Day (24-hours Tracked) delivery is available at checkout.
  • Remote Areas: Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take 3-7 business days.

Tracking Your Order:
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment through the Royal Mail  website using the provided tracking link.

If an item is not delivered within 14 days, the issue can be escalated with Royal Mail. Their investigation process typically takes 2-3 weeks, though it may occasionally extend to a month. Since we cannot determine whether the item will be found or if Royal Mail will confirm it as lost, we are unable to process refunds or dispatch replacement items until their investigation is complete.

 

Order Cancellation
To cancel an order: see our REFUND AND RETURN policy or alternatively, contact us at admin@lillyelegantstore.com If the item has not been dispatched, cancellation is guaranteed. If the item has already been dispatched, we will attempt to cancel it but cannot guarantee success.

Working Days:

A working day is referred as Monday to Friday. Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days. Next day delivery orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays will be dispatched within the next 1 working days accordingly.
